Upon management approval, you will be offered a store credit of 50% the original value. Warranty claims are subject to review and management approval. The warranty is limited to store credit at the stated percent. No warranty on sale items. This warranty does not cover plants that experience failure due to: Incorrect planting or improper location selection – including planting in containers, lack of maintenance or neglect – including under or over watering, extreme weather or natural disasters, and insects. Plants may be returned for full credit within 24 hours of purchase and must be in the same condition as they were when sold.
