The Oxalis, also known as a shamrock plant, lucky clover, or wood sorrel has large 4 or 3 clover-shaped leaves. They also come in different colors like purple or green and have different bloom colors as well like white, purple, pink, or yellow. They are native to pretty much everywhere on earth, excluding Antarctica. The oxalis move a lot and are always facing the direction of the light, they also open up and are flat during the day and close up their leaves, like an umbrella, when the sun goes down. They can be planted in the garden but people like them as houseplants. Oxalis like fast-draining soil with added sand or perlite. They do like humidity, so consider misting, having a pebble tray, or a small humdifier nearby.
