String of Pearls
The string of pearls is a well-known and popular houseplant, with pearl-shaped "leaves", this succulent trails over the sides of its pot. Putting this plant in a hanging basket or pot is a great way to display the string of pearls, but make sure the top of the plant is receiving adequate light, or else the pearls will dry off and look sparce. They like a very loose potting mix with lots of sand and perlite, like a cactus mix and to be watered when completely dry. Err on the side of under watering, this plant is extremely susceptible to rot. The pearls will shrivel up as a sign that it needs to be watered.
