Upon delivery, remove the arrangement from it's packaging. Your flowers will thrive with a full container of water and in a cool location away from direct sunlight.

Due to the seasonality of flowers or supply chain issues, substitutions may occasionally need to be made. While we understand this is an inconvenience, we will fill your order with an arrangement of similar color and design style. This is a Benken Signature Design. For orders going out of town, the florist will fill as similarly as possible with colors and style, but container or flowers may differ.

There is no warranty on non-plant products. Non-plant materials may be returned for full credit within seven days of purchase. The seasonal nature of our business requires us not to exceed seven days.
