These terms apply to purchases made on this website from Benken ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
Plants are living products, so size, shape, and color can vary from the photos shown. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is priced or described in error, or is no longer available, we will contact you and may cancel that item or the order, with a full refund for anything we cancel.
Orders and payment
Your card is charged when you place your order. You will receive an email confirming the order. An order is accepted once we confirm it is available.
Pickup and delivery
Available pickup and delivery options, and any delivery fees, are shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our in-store policy. Please contact us with any problem with your order and we will make it right.
Promotions and sale prices
- Each promotion runs only for the dates stated and applies only to the items or categories it names. Items that qualify show the sale price on this website.
- Sale prices are applied automatically; no code is needed unless the promotion says so.
- Unless a promotion says otherwise, it cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, and it does not apply to gift cards.
- Promotions are available while supplies last and cannot be applied to past purchases.
- We may end or change a promotion early, but we will honor the price shown when you placed your order.
