Join us for a hands-on tea-making class where we’ll dive into the world of herbal teas, exploring how to blend for both taste and wellness. You’ll learn about the medicinal properties of a variety of herbs and how to create custom blends that support your body and mind.

This class is all about engaging your senses. We’ll smell, taste, and touch the herbs, tuning into how each one feels and works in the body. You’ll also be encouraged to trust your own intuition when crafting blends that
speak to your needs and preferences.

Whether you’re new to herbalism or just love a good cup of tea, this class offers a creative and relaxing space to learn, connect, and enjoy the process of working with plants.

All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with your own custom tea blend to take home.
