This warranty does not cover plants that experience failure due to: Incorrect planting or improper location selection – including planting in containers, lack of maintenance or neglect – including under or over watering, extreme weather or natural disasters, and insects. Plants may be returned for full credit within 24 hours of purchase and must be in the same condition as they were when sold.
